I’ve now gotten rid of Desktop folders/aliases and 3rd-party widgets, and instead custom-built my own one-click launchers that jump straight to my most used files, folders, and even specific Apple Notes. (Amazing how much time you save by not having to keep going to Finder to find frequently accessed files & folders!)
